  • Educate individuals and units in the understanding of how stress affects performance and how to master techniques that optimize performance and improve resiliency.
     

  • Assist in strengthening and accelerating the progression to critical and creative thinking.
     

  • Assist individuals in finding comfort and confidence within uncertain environments, adapt quickly to fast-paced events while possessing emotional maturity and cognitive dominance.
